How to care for your Claude&I Products?

Cold hand wash with gentle detergents before use, our dyes are stable but for good measure ensure all items are washed separately in the case of colour transfer.

Store the wares in a cool dry environment out of direct sunlight.

It is advised to hand wash all items after use or at least ensure the products are completely dry before stowing away.

Claude&I Notes

Please keep them & frame them!

Our beautiful notes are made from Gmund Bio Cycle A4 Paper 120gsm Wheat paper by Peterkin; a premium Australian print & paper agency based in Western Australia. The paper is made from 5% unprocessed straw from Bavarian farmers and 50% cellulose from wheat straw replacing traditional wood-based raw material.

This note is designed to be kept and cherished as a piece of art and framed (the print size is A5).

Claude&I Shipping Bags & Labels

Our shipping bags are from Hero Packaging. The home-compostable shipping mailer is made from 70-80% PBAT (compostable co-polymer) and 20-30% PLA (corn starch). The Claude&I printed labels are also rom Hero Packaging and are compostable; made from all Natural and Unbleached Sugarcane Paper. Both products are Certified Compostable with compostable adhesive. They are Vegan, Tree-Free, Non-GMO.

For the bags and labels - the time to break down times will differ; in a commercial composting system is will take around 90 days and in a home system around 120 days.
